The group is responsible for the planting, watering and weeding of the garden beds. They grow seasonal vegetables which when harvested are sold to staff and also taken home by the gardening group.
Students are also responsible for looking after new plantings around the school, mulching to help with water retention and general weeding as needed.
The gardening club is open to all students R-6, with a small focus group to assist any new comers.
